By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies available on our website. Please read them carefully.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and prices. Please note:

The presentation of products on the Site is an online catalog and is not a binding offer to sell.
Colors may vary slightly from the images shown because of screen and device settings. Sizing and measurements may vary slightly by style or batch. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable sales tax, is the amount you will pay. We do not add fees or charges after you submit your order. See our Customs, Duties & Taxes page for details.
Prices, availability, and promotions may change over time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an obvious error, we may correct the listing or cancel the affected order. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

7. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

When you click the order or purchase button at checkout, you submit an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An automated email confirms that we received your order, but a binding contract is formed only when we ship your items and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including for incorrect information, product availability, payment problems, pricing errors, or suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Please make sure the information you provide at checkout, including your shipping address, is accurate and complete. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

8. Payment

Payment is due when you place your order, or at delivery if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) where it is offered. The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we do not store your full card number. 9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only and do not currently ship internationally. Shipping costs, order processing times, and estimated delivery periods are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information.

Delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

Return shipping is free for approved eligible returns, and we do not charge restocking or processing fees.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are sent by bank transfer to the bank account details you provide.
Certain items, such as those marked “Final Sale” before purchase, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and may be limited by date, product, or quantity. We may cancel or modify an offer, or cancel orders placed under it, if we identify an error, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DeeVogue or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

13. User Reviews and Content

If you submit a review, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant DeeVogue a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

14. Product Use, Warranty and Defects

Products sold on DeeVogue are intended for their stated purpose only. Where a manufacturer provides a warranty, that warranty applies to the product. If an item has a defect, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@deevogue.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will offer a replacement or refund as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other express or implied warranties. Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Site relies on third-party services for payment processing, shipping, hosting, analytics, advertising, and other functions. The Site may also link to third-party websites. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for services, content, or systems we do not own or control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeeVogue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including loss of data, loss of profits, or delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Site in a way that may harm DeeVogue, our customers, or third parties. Termination does not affect any order already placed and accepted.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the law of your state of residence remain unaffected. 21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
